Emerson is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Colombes, France, to help customers overcome complex technical challenges across Emerson Test & Measurement (NI) products. You will serve as a trusted technical partner, combining engineering depth with strong communication to drive satisfaction and product improvements.

Responsibilities include resolving installation and configuration issues, guiding customers, reporting feedback to R&D, and delivering training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional English proficiency (minimum B2).
Eligibility to obtain French security clearance.

Responsabilités

Resolve technical issues for installation, configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
Own customer interactions; escalate complex cases with clear communication.
Report design, reliability, and maintainability feedback to R&D.
Identify potential opportunities and share insights with Sales.
Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders.
Deliver education through training sessions and workshops.
Support customers during startup, troubleshooting, and long-term maintenance.
Create knowledge articles for customer self-service using KCS practices.
