Emerson’s Test & Measurement division is seeking a Field Marketing Engineer based in Colombes, France to grow awareness, demand, and pipeline in EMEA by blending technical depth with marketing execution. You will tailor content for engineering audiences, collaborating with Sales and supporting regional events, demos, and campaigns in the French market.

Fluency in French and English, a technical degree, and 5+ years in technical marketing or sales are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical marketing or sales.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Located in Colombes, France.
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to regional marketing strategy through in-market insights and technical execution perspectives.
• Execute the regional marketing plan in close partnership with Sales, localizing and delivering campaigns, content, and programs tailored to French market needs.
• Support execution of demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events and customer engagements.
• Serve as event captain by driving audience engagement, event messaging, sales activation, and event content in partnership with the Event Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution.
• Provide ongoing insight on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance.
• Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training aligned with the marketing plan.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the brand and messaging in local language and context.
• Foster close collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing in the region.
• Share feedback and best practices to inform future planning and improve marketing effectiveness.
