ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ in Paris seeks a hands-on microbiology technician to support strain development and screening programmes through microbiology, molecular biology and analytical activities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary R&D team, perform aseptic culture, data recording, and routine workflows, maintain traceability and comply with SOPs in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
• Practical lab experience in microbiology and aseptic work.
• Strong data recording and interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple experiments with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Perform microbial culture, inoculation, plating using aseptic techniques.
• Support screening campaigns with shake-flask cultures and plates.
• Maintain cultures with traceability and accurate labeling.
• Assist molecular biology workflows including transformations and minipreps.
• Record data and ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on experiments.
