You will design roadmaps, recruit engineers, manage technicians, and collaborate with R&D and central teams to ensure robust, high-yield production lines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in process engineering, lithium battery preferred.
• 5 years of team management experience.
• English language is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Build the Road Map / expectations of the Industrialization / Process team of the manufacturing plant.
• Recruit engineers and technicians according to project phases.
• Contribute to the definition of ACC’s Excellent Factory.
• Follow equipment performance and implement improvements for yield and cost targets.
• Collaborate with R&D and central teams on process parameter application.
