Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is seeking an MES AVEVA Tech Lead to drive development and continuous improvement of AVEVA System Platform-based MES solutions for battery manufacturing. You will be the technical reference within the MES team, delivering scalable, reliable MES applications aligned with production goals.

The role blends hands-on development with AVEVA expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to coding standards, tests, and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, or Industrial Digitalization.
• 3+ years of hands-on AVEVA System Platform development experience.
• Experience in MES development teams delivering complex MES solutions.
• Experience with external system integrators or partners is desirable.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and improve AVEVA MES solutions and integrations.
• Provide technical ownership and guidance within the MES team.
• Contribute to architectural standards, practices, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with production, quality, IT, and automation stakeholders.
