ETSI is seeking a Membership Development Assistant for a one-year temporary contract based in Sophia‑Antipolis on the French Riviera. The role supports the Growth & Membership Development activities under the Director of Membership Development, focusing on securing meetings with decision‑makers across targeted organisations in AI, cybersecurity, quantum, cloud and telecoms.

The candidate will engage in outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, identify contacts, and help nurture leads

Qualifications

First professional experience in a business development role.
Good command of English is essential, additional languages are an advantage
Comfortable interacting with professionals and executives,
Proactive, organised and curious
Interest in technology, innovation and international environments,
Business development or sales interest is essential.

Responsabilités

Support outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Identify relevant contacts and decision-makers.
Secure qualified meetings for the Membership Development team.
Participate in the deployment of our new CRM.
Help enrich and maintain CRM data.
Follow structured engagement and lead qualification sequences.
Contribute to ETSI’s ecosystem growth initiatives.
Business Intelligence: conduct market monitoring and analysis to help identify new potential members.
