Job Overview

We are looking to hire a freelance meet and greeter to check our guests into our properties across Paris and its suburbs and assist our Operations team with on‑ground tasks such as picking up and delivering keys, performing property quality checks, opening doors for providers, and delivering items.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into properties in Paris and surrounding suburbs.
• Assist the Operations team with on‑ground tasks (key pickup, delivery, property checks, door opening, item delivery).
• Explain how to use household appliances and heating systems.
• Troubleshoot minor appliance or heating/hot water issues and perform simple repairs.
• Use Slack and the GuestReady internal system for communication and scheduling.
• Maintain high quality and detail‑oriented service.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (mandatory) and good level of English.
• Presentable, friendly, with experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Willing to travel to homes throughout Paris and its suburbs; own transportation.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Flexible working hours; able to work free‑lance or as a university student.
• Registered as self‑employed / auto‑entrepreneur to provide monthly invoices (mandatory).

We currently check guests into homes between 11 am and 12 midnight, every day of the week.
