About the Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Remote Property Manager to oversee and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties across France. This is a hands‑on, strategic role where you’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, maximize occupancy, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑growing, international market.

Property Operations & Guest Experience

• Manage daily operations for multiple rental properties across France
• Handle bookings, calendar management, and guest communication professionally
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and review ratings

Revenue & Performance Optimization

• Implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize listings
• Continuously improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency

Systems & Tools Management

• Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date operational data, including calendars and bookings

• Ensure adherence to local rental laws, taxation rules, and regulations
