Tissium in Paris offers an apprenticeship for a Talent Acquisition & Training Coordinator within its HR team, exposing you to recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development in a dynamic MedTech environment.

You will support job postings, candidate screening, LMS management, and training coordination while pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or related field.

Fluent English and a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a growth mindset will thrive in this hands-on program.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• First experience in an HR-related role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with drafting and publishing job postings on recruitment platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Participate in initial candidate screening when appropriate.
• Support candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and share feedback/ideas.
• Contribute to reporting and KPIs for talent acquisition performance.
• Assist in organization and coordination of internal and external training sessions.
• Track employee training completion and maintain training records.
• Support the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Prepare training materials and onboarding documentation.
• Assist with reporting and tracking training KPIs.
• Support employee onboarding activities.
• Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
