Job summary

UroMems is seeking a strategic Director of Supply Chain to define and execute an end-to-end, scalable supply chain for clinical studies, manufacturing scale-up, and international expansion. You will lead supplier relationships, optimize procurement and logistics, and partner with engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive growth.

The role requires a strong track record in regulated industries, international leadership, and the ability to build a world-class supply chain organization

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing international teams.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end supply chain strategy.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding and performance.
• Oversee global procurement and logistics.
• Drive manufacturing scale-up and industrialization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and build a high-performing team.
