Opella is seeking a Global Lead Buyer for Medical and Scientific to design and implement procurement strategies across global Medical and Scientific activities. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier governance, and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Development teams to deliver value and ensure supply continuity.

Qualificações

• 6-10+ years in indirect procurement and Life Sciences categories.
• Experience in global environments with complex stakeholder management.
• Strong negotiation and strategic sourcing capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end (RFPs, negotiations, contracting).
• Lead sourcing projects across countries and categories to drive savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance; resolve issues.
• Contribute to cost optimization and value creation initiatives; optimize working capital.
