Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement.
• University degree (Bac+3 minimum) in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage, with knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and cost targets.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance across multiple geographies.
• Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Design and implement supply chain optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Lead regulatory compliance for imports/exports and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage quality assurance and supplier audits to ensure product specifications.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation networks for domestic and international shipments.
• Implement supply chain risk management and business continuity strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Manage supply chain budgets and financial planning.
• Foster innovation in supply chain technologies and methodologies.
• Build and mentor high-performing supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.)
