SGH Medical Pharma Group seeks a senior Industrialization Manager to drive the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement across all group sites in Lyon, Saint-Marcellin, and Val Revermont. You will lead a four-person team and ensure processes comply with medical device regulations.

You will define production workflows, develop technical and financial specs, monitor implementation, and manage costs. Strong English, 5+ years in the field, and weekly travel are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) or engineering degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, plastics engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (industrialization, methods, or industrial project management), ideally gained in the plastics industry.
• Experience in a highly regulated industrial environment, such as the medical device sector, is highly valued.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement, risk analysis, and project management tools.
• Professional-level technical English
• Weekly travel to our sites in Val Revermont (01) and Saint Marcellin (38).

Responsabilités

• Define industrialization processes necessary for the launch of new products.
• Develop technical and financial specifications.
• Monitor their implementation both internally and externally.
• Draft technical manuals and instruction sheets for production departments.
• Calculate and ensure production costs.
• Participate in testing new equipment.
• Lead risk mitigation by conducting workshops at each project phase.
• Conduct qualifications for specific machines and equipment.
