ixolabs.ai is seeking an experienced medical communications expert to review and develop education materials, advisory-board content, and scientific presentations with rigorous references. You will evaluate accuracy, ensure balanced claims, and provide practical editorial feedback across oncology, neurology, or cardiology, drawing on MSc/PhD/MD-level background.

Professional background

Preferred preparation includes five or more years in medical communications, education or affairs within an agency, life-sciences company or consultancy. Bring authorship of varied scientific materials, such as teaching modules, digital content, advisory summaries and presentations. You should understand scientific-platform strategy and the compliance limits on professional and patient communications, assess visual and written accuracy together and give practical editorial feedback. A relevant MSc, PhD, PharmD or MD—or equivalent industry depth—is valued. Broad therapeutic exposure helps, especially oncology, neurology or cardiology.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$55 $85/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
