EssilorLuxottica in France seeks a senior leader to head the Med-Tech Manufacturing unit at Ligny en Barrois (La Compasserie). You will drive industrial strategy, lead CNC/assembly workshops, and align with R&D and supply chain to deliver high-quality medical device manufacturing.

The role demands a MSc in engineering and 10+ years in industrial leadership, with strong lean, QMS, ISO 13485 expertise and SAP ERP experience. You will develop talents and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

MSc in Engineering required.
Minimum 10 years in industrial leadership/manufacturing management.
Strong experience in assembly processes (mechatronics preferred).
Experience in medical devices or regulated environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, QMS, ISO 13485.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsabilités

Define and execute the site’s industrial roadmap (capacity, investments, product mix).
Lead multidisciplinary teams Production, Industrialization, Quality, Maintenance.
Monitor KPIs (volume, quality, efficiency, costs, CSR) and drive actions.
Ensure ISO 13485 compliance and lean manufacturing across operations.
Develop talents and leadership; manage organizational changes per HR guidelines.
