EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Industrialization Manager in the Île-de-France region to lead the manufacturing process development for med-tech products. The role sits between R&D and Manufacturing and collaborates with Sourcing, Supply Chain and multiple sites across Europe, North America and China.

The ideal candidate has a MSc in engineering with 5–10 years in industrial management, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. Occasional travel to R&D and manufacturing sites is expected.

Qualifications

• MSc in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork in multicultural contexts.
• Excellent English; French appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Industrialization of new products: develop manufacturing options, process qualification IOQ/OQ/PQ, tooling and testing development.
• Product sustaining and improvement: manage change requests to improve costs, reliability, and performance.
• Manufacturing performance: benchmarking, sharing best practices, promoting lean manufacturing.
• Industrial project management: product transfer to other sites, automation projects, capacity expansion.
