Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Industrialization Manager to lead manufacturing process development for the med-tech product portfolio. You will bridge R&D and manufacturing, shaping scalable production, qualification, tooling, and testing, with CE/FDA considerations.

You will manage a growing team of engineers, collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and sites across Europe and North America, and travel frequently to R&D and production sites to ensure cost, reliability, and performance goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor or MSc level equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to translate design into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize new products by designing manufacturing options and qualification plans (IOQ/OQ/PQ).
• Sustain and improve products by implementing changes from R&D, Sourcing and Manufacturing.
• Benchmark manufacturing performance and promote lean practices across sites.
• Lead product transfers to other sites and manage automation/capacity expansion projects.
