CAILabs is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize complex optical technology products and bridge Development, Production, and Quality.

You will design clear, robust manufacturing processes and create work instructions and standards to support repeatable production and smooth handoffs from prototype to production. The role focuses on ERP data management, BOMs, routings, and optimizing shop-floor performance.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain product manufacturing data within the ERP system, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and manufacturing procedures;
• Develop clear work instructions, procedures, and technical standards for production teams;
• Contribute to the industrialization of manufacturing processes involving optical technologies;
• Identify challenges encountered on the shop floor and propose appropriate solutions;

As part of the Methods team, you will work at the interface between Development, Production, and Quality. Your role is to design clear, robust, and practical manufacturing processes that can be effectively used by operational teams.

In this position, you will help transition products from the prototype stage to controlled and repeatable production.

In this role, you will :
