You will manage portfolio strategy, oversee project execution, and influence market penetration, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in a dynamic, fast-growing region.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEA Bakery Solutions portfolio strategy aligned with global goals and regional trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Formulation, Marketing, Sales) to deliver on-time, budget-compliant projects.
• Monitor portfolio performance (sales, margin, market share) and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales tools.
• Coordinate with local markets to adapt global solutions to regional regulatory, cultural, and cost constraints.
• Provide internal training and develop knowledge materials on new formulations and yeast applications.
