You will drive initiatives with Phileo and Lesaffre teams, delivering measurable improvements in sales productivity and efficiency while navigating a multicultural landscape.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5–10 years in optimization, and fluent English. Based in Lille area with ~30% travel, collaboration across markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (engineering, business or equivalent).
• 5-10 years' experience in sales optimization, transformation or process improvement.
• Experience in animal nutrition/health sector would be an advantage.
• Structured and able to organize plan activities in the long term; track record in action plans development & roll-out.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and tools to enhance sales productivity.
