Lesaffre in Lille (France) is seeking a Strategy Analyst to report to the Strategy & Corporate Development Director. You will conduct strategic studies, support external growth through M&A projects, and monitor competitive movements with a global intelligence network.

This high-impact role offers direct exposure to C-level decisions, mentorship from senior leaders, and opportunities to shape the group’s strategic direction within an international environment.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• You have 2–4 years of experience in strategy/consulting/M&A roles.
• A background in biology or life sciences is an asset.
• You are fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication.
• You are comfortable with numbers, financial analyses and synthesizing data.

• Conduct strategic studies and provide recommendations to top management and boards.
• Lead or contribute to M&A projects from target identification to due diligence.
• Monitor competitor strategies and support cross-functional teams with competitive intelligence.
