Job Description

IT / DIGITAL MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER

Our global end client in Paris is a world leading company with a presence in 100+ countries worldwide, generating billions EUR in annual sales. Renowned for their premium products and services, the company serves customers through direct sales, comprehensive services, and cutting-edge digital platforms.

They are now looking to hire on a permanent basis a visionary and results-driven IT / Digital Marketing Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and governance of the company’s most critical global marketing initiatives.

THE ROLE

You will help shape the strategic direction of the company’s market reach efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving measurable impact towards the growth of the digital net sales, customer platforms and overall customer experience. You will work closely with senior leadership, business units, and market organizations to deliver transformative marketing programs that accelerate growth and strengthen the company’s market leadership. More precisely you will :

  • Own and drive the Digital marketing program portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
  • Cross-functionally lead teams to design and implement high-impact marketing initiatives across global markets.
  • Establish program governance, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the management, providing insights and recommendations on marketing priorities and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration across business units, market organizations, and global functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategy, processes, and capabilities.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT / Digital marketing program management or business consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional IT / Digital marketing programs with measurable business impact.
  • Advanced education and relevant certifications such as Prince 2, PMP would be a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and go-to-market models.
  • Passion for driving change, enabling impact, and delivering results.
