Job summary

Mirakl, based in Paris, is offering a Master’s internship in Customer Success Consulting to empower B2B marketplaces. You will analyse client performance, craft strategic recommendations, and work on cross-functional projects including AI initiatives.

Fluency in French and English is required, with an internship allowance and modern offices in central Paris. You will collaborate with international teams, support seller management initiatives, and gain hands-on experience shaping marketplace

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP.
• Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimise their marketplace operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure).
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence.

You'll be joining our Customer Success Consulting team, working with our B2B portfolio in Gianluca's team. Together, the team supports Mirakl's clients throughout all phases of their marketplace journey—from strategic planning to day-to-day operations—ensuring they maximize the value of the Mirakl platform.

Your Impact

What You'll Bring to the Role

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP
• Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus

Internship Allowance: €1,200 - €1,400 per month (depending on profile)
