Mirakl Ads is seeking a Customer Success Intern in Paris to support client onboarding, workshops, and performance reporting. You will analyze Retail Media data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for eCommerce and marketplace operators.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an interest in digital advertising, data analysis, and international collaboration.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in eCommerce, marketplaces, Retail Media, or digital advertising
• Previous experience with data analysis or client-facing projects is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver client workshops, onboarding sessions, training materials, and business reviews to drive client engagement and adoption.
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular reports to track advertising network performance.
• Analyze Retail Media data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities, translating findings into recommendations.
• Conduct market research on Retail Media, eCommerce, digital advertising, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Document best practices and explore AI tools to improve reporting and client experience.
