Mirakl is seeking a Customer Success Intern for Mirakl Ads in Paris. You’ll support workshops, onboarding, and training while analyzing Retail Media data to unlock client value.

This role offers hands-on exposure to international teams and a chance to contribute to consulting-driven client outcomes. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in business, engineering, marketing, or data, with an interest in eCommerce and digital advertising, and basic data-analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in business, engineering, marketing, data, or related field.
• Interest in eCommerce, marketplaces, Retail Media, or digital advertising.
• Experience with data analysis or client-facing projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support client workshops, onboarding sessions, and training materials to drive adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and produce reports on advertising network performance.
• Analyze Retail Media program data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research Retail Media, eCommerce, and ad market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Document best practices and explore AI tools to improve reporting and client experience.
