BeReal is seeking a product design professional to scale our consumer app with a data-driven, user-centric approach. You will work across product, engineering, and design to craft intuitive experiences that delight Gen Z users in a fast-growing social network.

You will own end-to-end design, prototype features, and contribute to our design system while focusing on measurable business impact in a Paris-based office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer apps focused on growth and scale.
• Strong UX/UI design skills with a track record of delivering end-to-end flows.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs. Identify key problems and opportunities.
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact.
• Contribute to prioritizing initiatives.
• From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
• Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success.
• Implement, test, and iterate with the technical team.
• Contribute to building and improving our design system.

Role

BeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.

• You love making delightful features but also are super pragmatic about having a substantial business impact.

• You understand the technical implications of your design decisions.

• You are fluent in English
