BeReal is seeking a design-driven professional to scale our social app by deeply understanding Gen Z needs, prototyping, and implementing scalable design systems. You will work autonomously within the product team, driving end-to-end flows from wireframes to polished features.

You will own research, prioritization, and collaboration with engineering and design to deliver high-impact experiences that balance delightful UX with substantial business impact. English fluency is required.

Role

BeReal's product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs. Identify key problems and opportunities
