• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience or coursework in process automation or data visualization.
• Familiarity with Marketing & Sales environments (CRM, emailing, events).

Responsabilités

• Map Marketing & Sales processes and tools, identify pain points and prioritize workstreams (automation, AI, redesign).
• Clean up and document the selected processes (trackers, charters, validation workflows).
• Build automations on the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Lists, Power BI, Teams): notifications, dashboards, milestone reminders.
