CMA CGM in Marseille, France is offering a 6-month internship in the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team. You will help modernize HSE processes using AI, design AI-driven analyses, and build dashboards with Power BI and Excel.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, change management, and cross-functional collaboration within the HSE department. You will identify high-value AI use cases, draft guidelines, monitor KPIs, and contribute to the AI roadmap, while gaining hands-on experience in

Qualifications

Pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field with analytics/AI focus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of Power BI.
Interest in Generative AI and ability to analyze and interpret data.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot is a plus; knowledge of HSE topics is beneficial.
Analytical, curious, proactive and capable of independent work.

Responsabilités

Identify and map HSE processes that could benefit from AI.
Design and test Generative AI solutions for HSE activities (documentation, data analysis, audits, reporting).
Develop AI guidelines and support adoption through change management and pilots.
Define a structured performance monitoring framework for HSE indicators.
Develop and automate dashboards using Power BI or Excel to improve data collection and consolidation.
Monitor key HSE performance indicators and support management decisions.
Contribute to the HSE AI roadmap and automated reporting system.
