Alan is hiring for a Marketing Ops leadership role to architect scalable systems, embed AI into workflows, and empower marketers to launch campaigns at scale across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

You’ll partner with engineers, data, designers, and PMMs in a PM-Tech duo, owning automation, data quality, segmentation, and nurturing infrastructure to drive growth and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment.
• Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice.
• Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
• Have a product knack: define what's not working and what to build next to bring more value.
• Data fluency and analytical rigor: read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw insights.
• Can drive big-picture strategy while staying close to execution and have strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize the marketing stack and automations across geos.
• Maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene.
• Design lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows.
• Own the nurturing stack and ensure autonomous, compliant campaign launches.
• Identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, and content generation.
• Track full funnel performance and prioritize improvements from data.
• Create playbooks and train teams to reduce marginal campaign costs.
