The role

F-ONE SAS is looking for a highly organized, proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the F-ONE and MANERA marketing teams.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, with a strong focus on partnerships administration, logistics, and trade marketing.

This position is ideal for someone eager to be involved in all aspects of marketing and gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the business.

The Missions

• Manage administrative tasks related to partnerships (athletes, media, VIPs, events)
• Handle pre-orders, orders, invoicing, and warranties
• Coordinate product shipments, deliveries, and returns
• Maintain and update rider databases
• Organize logistics for events, trips, and photoshoots
• Support the production and coordination of marketing assets
• Manage and track equipment used for shoots
• Source branded promotional merchandise
• Assist with PR monitoring and reporting
• Assist in the planning and coordination of social media content across F-ONE and MANERA channels
• Coordinate with athletes, ambassadors, and creators to collect and organize social media content
• Update and manage B2B content platforms
• Support marketing tools and channels (website updates, content assets management)

About you

• Degree-level education or equivalent
• Experience in a marketing or communications related role
• Advanced computer literacy (Google Suite, Microsoft suite, Social Media platforms, Mailchimp)
• Understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital communication
• Knowledge of SAGE is a plus
• Able to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication in fluent English and French
• Excellent organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail
