Job title: Marketing & PR Intern (M/F)
The Role: We Need a "Passionate Doer"
We don’t do "coffee runs." As our Marketing & PR Trainee, you will be fully embedded into the execution of our premium strategy. You will work directly with the Marketing & PR Director on large-scale, high‑impact projects that combine cutting-edge technology, elite sports, and experiential events. If you are a proactive problem‑solver who loves high stakes and thrives in a fast‑evolving ecosystem, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities
You will actively contribute to the strategy, coordination, and operational rollout of three massive pillars:
Event Management & Experiential Marketing
- Paris Motor Show (Mondial de l'Auto): Play a key role in the preparation, booth logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for one of the world's biggest automotive stages.
- XPENG AI Sessions & B2B Events: Assist in organizing premium tech showcases and experiential test‑drive events for media, VIPs, and partners.
Sponsorship Activation (TOP 14 Rugby)
- Help manage and optimize our official automotive partnership with the TOP 14 league.
- Coordinate on‑ground activations at stadiums, hospitality programs, and collaborative digital campaigns to bridge the worlds of elite rugby and AI technology.
Product Launches & PR Support
- Support the commercial and media rollout of several brand‑new AI‑defined models in the French market.
- Assist in drafting press releases, monitoring media coverage (PR clipping), and preparing assets for journalists and tech reviewers.
- Help maintain daily relationships with agency partners (PR, Event, Media).
Content creative support
- Support on creative projects, social media and digital campaigns set up.
Your Profile
- Education: Master’s student (Business School, Sciences Po, or specialized CELSA/Communications master) looking for a gap year or end‑of‑studies internship.
- Mindset: A true "passionate doer." You don't just spot problems; you bring solutions. You are hands‑on, agile, and comfortable navigating the fast pace of a Chinese tech startup ecosystem.
- Flawless written and spoken French, with excellent professional English (daily interactions in an international environment).
- Strong organizational skills—you can juggle logistics for a motor show while tracking a PR report without breaking a sweat.
- Good creative eye and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Interests: Passionate about innovation, tech‑driven mobility, or sports entertainment. A clean driver's license (Permis B) is a major plus.
- Driving Licence required
What We Offer
- A unique opportunity to shape the future of an AI‑first automotive brand in Europe.
- Real autonomy and ownership over high‑visibility projects (your work will directly impact the Paris Motor Show and TOP 14 activations).
- A vibrant, entrepreneurial, and international team culture.
