Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is seeking a Market Operations Manager for Trade Support in the Global Market Operations team. You will manage TRS bookings, returns, and related financing activities, while supporting FO to BO processes in a high‑volume, international environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in front office support, expertise in equity products, and familiarity with Sophis/Summit; VBA is a plus.

Responsabilités

Job Description

You will join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking), and more specifically the Global Market Operations (GMO) department within the Trade Support Global Securities Financing team, based in the trading room of Natixis.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Manage the booking of TRS (Total Return Swaps), Adjustment, Unwind, Early Unwind, Maturity, Roll, etc.;
• Manage the returns (pay-off, coupon, fixing, etc.) of TRS on Index and Bulk, as well as the valuations of TRS PEAs ;
• Manage securities transactions (OST) (restriking) on the TRSs;
• Control the Hardblocking & Hire Act on AMC (asset management company) and TRS;
• Manage the loan-to-borrowing scope and the repository scope in FO systems (third-party creations, fee settings, etc.);
• Assist traders in monitoring critical points related to position management (tracking short positions, managing missing events);
• Participate in the expression of FO needs, develop internal tools to improve the FO to BO chain, and be a source of proposals to management to optimize the process and reduce the number of manual interventions by Trade Support on instruments.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If this is your description, you are made to work with us! Trained in finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in a front office support department.

• Equity products;
• Market activities and products, as well as the FO to BO processing chain;
• Sophis and ideally Summit;
• The usual office tools and ideally VBA.

• Able to evolve existing processes with the aim of continuous improvement, security, and reliability of our activities;
• Rigorous and equipped with good analytical and synthesis skills;
• Strength of proposal.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
