Natixis NY Branch is seeking a Middle Office Corporate & Funds Financing Manager (F/H) for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Paris, with the possibility to work from home. You will join the Agency & Middle-Office Corporate & Funds Financing team and support the lifecycle of financing files with project managers, ensuring compliance and thorough follow-up.

Required is prior experience in financing file management within banking, English proficiency at B2, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in financing file management within a banking institution.
• Ideally, you have worked in a middle office finance and/or related to finance.
• Experience with syndicated credits is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze contractual documentation in English.
• Familiarity with specialized financial arrangements and standard office tools.
• English language skills at B2 level are required.

Responsabilités

• Establish a portfolio of files in collaboration with project managers.
• Perform compliance checks on the files.
• Follow-up on files: syndication, amendments, borrower obligations, reporting, and management of signed commitments and guarantees.
• Contribute proactively to cross-functional projects beyond the team’s scope.

Job Description

You join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) and more specifically the Agency & Middle-Office Corporate & Funds Financing team.

This team is dedicated:

• the implementation and monitoring of Equity Bridge Facilities Agents and bilateral agreements initiated by the CIB’s Front Office Fund Finance in favor of private equity funds
• the implementation and monitoring of agent and bilateral structured financing on Natixis' corporate clients.

On a daily basis, your mission is:

• To ensure the establishment of a portfolio of files in collaboration with the project managers;
• To carry out compliance checks on these files;
• Ensure the follow-up of these files: syndication, amendments, borrower’s contractual obligations, reporting, management of signed commitments and guarantees received, reimbursement, possible restructuring...;
• Contribute, by being proactive, to cross-functional projects beyond the team’s scope of intervention.

To successfully carry out your role, you will be the preferred interface for the front office, whose issues and problems you understand, as well as for other internal and/or external stakeholders at Natixis. (borrowers, legal department, back office, risk department, treasury, branches, lawyers...).
