Job summary

Excelya is seeking a Market Access & International Pricing Consultant to join our global, cross-functional team in France. You will collaborate with Market Access, Finance and local affiliates to ensure accurate pricing data, support strategic planning and contribute to market access initiatives.

The role demands deep pricing knowledge in pharma, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing including list prices, net prices, discounts, rebates, and reimbursement mechanisms.
• Experience on pricing-related projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of impact of pricing on forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Advanced Excel and ability to manage large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain international pricing databases across multiple markets.
• Analyze pricing structures, net pricing, discounts, rebates, and commercial agreements.
• Perform pricing data reconciliation and quality control activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
• Consolidate and analyze pricing-related financial data.
• Produce reports and insights for Finance and Market Access stakeholders.
• Conduct data audits and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with local affiliates on pricing and reimbursement topics.
• Contribute to the enhancement of pricing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Support selected Market Access projects, strategic analyses, and launch preparation activities.
