Excelya is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Clinical Systems to support a pharmaceutical partner in framing and assessing digital initiatives within Clinical Development. You will work within the Clinical System Management department to support initiative sponsors during Opportunity and Feasibility phases before project implementation.

The role emphasizes leading workshops, mapping processes, and defining governance and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Ability to structure and formalize complex business and IT initiatives.
• Experience interfacing Business and IT teams.

As part of our activities, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Clinical Systems to support one of our pharmaceutical partners in the framing and assessment of digital initiatives within Clinical Development.

Within the Clinical System Management department, you will support initiative sponsors during the Opportunity and Feasibility phases, prior to project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify the business needs, objectives and expected value of new initiatives.
• Identify and map impacted business processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Lead workshops with Business, IT and senior stakeholders.
• Assess project feasibility, risks, dependencies and key success factors.
• Define required resources, budget estimates and governance.
• Develop high-level project roadmaps and recommendations.
• Deliver structured project framing and feasibility documentation to support decision-making.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Business or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Strong ability to structure and formalize complex business and IT initiatives. Experience working at the interface between Business and IT teams.

Skills

• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Clinical Development and/or Clinical Systems is a strong asset.

Langages

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
