Overview

Position Summary: Bijoux Group is seeking an experienced Customer Relation Manager to manage and develop relationships with our customers on daily basis. This customer-facing role requires close collaboration with operations, product development and the commercial team to ensure flawless daily service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Client Relations & Operational Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our Airline customers.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between customers and our internal departments (production, logistics, culinary, transport...).
  • Manage and communicate all flight-related information, including schedule changes, menu updates and onboard service specifics.
  • Organize and lead meal presentations for current and prospective customers.
  • Handle customers feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Commercial Development:
  • Participate in tender processes and support pricing strategy in coordination with the commercial team and management.
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy and growth of inflight catering services
  • Identify new business opportunities and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Support and accompany Airline audits and ensure service compliance.
  • Be present and partly taking the lead during key operational moments (Service launches, client visits, Audits...).

Profile / Qualifications

• Mandatory experience as a long-haul flight attendant in premium class.
• Ideally some experience in key account management or commercial roles within aviation, luxury services, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the inflight catering (Service procedure, trolley loading…)
• Interested in food and menu development.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong customer service orientation with a luxury mindset and eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with high-level clients.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous, and well-organized.
• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook...).

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel to Switzerland, and occasionally other locations based on project needs.
