Job summary

Stratégies is seeking a Manager Events & Visitors Center (Hager Forum) in Obernai to lead the Forum as a key experience platform. You will shape the One Hager experience, drive operations, and partner with senior leaders to align experiences with strategic priorities.

You will manage a diverse team, oversee budget and resources, and ensure top-tier service for customers, partners, employees, and executives in a truly international environment. English and French required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, hospitality, event or venue management, ideally in an international environment.
• Proven leadership experience in a dynamic environment and strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in budget management and operational planning.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Strong service orientation and passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with senior executives and external guests.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Hager Forum and its overall visitor experience, translating ambition into practice.
• Define priorities, manage annual planning and budget, ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure outstanding and consistent experiences for customers, partners, employees, and executives.
• Lead and develop the Forum team with a service- and experience-oriented culture and resource planning.
• Partner with Business Units and functions to translate needs into Forum experiences and manage the Forum portfolio.
• Oversee operations, budget and resources with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Facility Management and partners to ensure a seamless, safe environment.
• Contribute to developing experience standards and best practices across Hager.
