Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is seeking a talented professional to join our deal advisory team on cross-border transactions. You will work with large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients, and financial institutions, gaining broad industry exposure and direct interaction with Managing Directors and Senior Directors.

In France and across geographies you will lead projects, participate in multi-disciplinary teams, and develop your finance, valuation, and client-relations skills

Qualifications

• Graduated from a leading Grande Ecoles in Business and/or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Big 4 trained with previous financial due diligence experience is essential.
• Exposure to blue-chip Corporates and/or Private Equity is useful.
• Fluent business-level English and French is essential. Additional European languages are desirable.

• Be active in the external market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and developing new client relationships.
