Job summary

We are assisting a leading professional services firm in Paris with expanding its Transaction Services team at Manager/Senior Manager level. You will lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, and work with senior stakeholders to drive delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong TS/FDD experience, excellent English, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. French language skills are advantageous, and relocation to Paris is supported for international

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, ideally gained within a Big 4 or leading professional services firm.
• Experience managing engagements and coordinating project teams.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• French language skills are an advantage, but not necessarily essential. Candidates must be willing to learn French where needed.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and an interest in building a long-term career in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital and net debt.
• Manage client relationships and work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Support and develop junior team members, helping to maintain high-quality delivery.
