25hours Hotels Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) to keep the building’s equipment in top condition and repair issues quickly.

You’ll coordinate upkeep of all technical systems and work with the Technical Director to ensure a safe, smooth operation for staff and guests, including heating and Wi-Fi continuity.

This role combines hands-on trades with guest interaction and requires independent work, technical training, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Technical training completed and varied professional experience.
• Certifications such as CACES and electrical certification.
• Enjoy engaging with guests while performing behind-the-scenes work.
• Ability to work independently in electrical and plumbing fields.
• Commitment to service, discretion, and attention to detail.

• You’ll coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of all technical systems and verify that everything is working to enhance the venue.
