Magellan, an international Management and Technology Consulting Group, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to drive migrations across the full project lifecycle.

You will audit landscapes, run requirement workshops, draft documentation, deploy solutions in client environments, and lead UAT to ensure success. Fluent French and 3+ years in Microsoft 365 migrations are required.

Formación

• Master's degree required, Bac+5 level.
• 3+ years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluent in French; solid Microsoft tech knowledge including AD/Exchange/SharePoint/Power Platform/Teams.
• Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan or Binary Tree is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications or MVP title are a plus.

Job Description

The evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms requires comprehensive expertise, from technical scoping to deployment. This role is aimed at an M365 Consultant wishing to work across the full project lifecycle.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Audit the existing landscape and assess client requirements
• Facilitate technical specification workshops
• Draft documentation (engineering, integration, UAT documents, etc.)
• Deploy solutions within the client's environment
• Carry out technical and functional UAT

Qualifications

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 3 years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• A strong communicator, you are able to adapt to both teamwork and client projects.
• You also have mastery of Microsoft technologies overall, particularly Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Teams.
• You also have good knowledge of one or more migration tools (BitTitan, Binary Tree, etc.).
• You have good interpersonal skills, strong adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.
• One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title would be a plus.
• You are fluent in French.
