Magellan is seeking a Change Management Consultant for M365 and Copilot to drive transformation initiatives across client projects. You will partner with IT, executives, and operations teams to implement change strategies, run workshops, and map user needs.

With a Bac+5 and 2–3 years in change management, you will leverage Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities, while embracing AI-driven approaches to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with 2–3 years in change management.
• Experience in user and client support during Microsoft 365 digital transformations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies; awareness of AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Support change strategy for clients and run workshops on practices and usages.
• Map user profiles and use cases; define governance strategies and roadmaps.
• Draft technical specifications and enablement documentation; run UAT and deploy solutions.
