Job summary

Safran, based in Paris, is seeking an intern to join the global M&A team. You will support post-merger integration and separation initiatives, learning the playbooks and AI tools used to optimise processes.

During the internship you will assist in project governance, develop training materials, and help track the weekly M&A pipeline while collaborating with a cross-functional team. This role offers hands-on experience with live projects and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing M&A projects from an integration and separation standpoint.
• Understand and drive the initiatives leveraging AI to optimise the M&A Integration & Separation processes.
• Learn and understand IA tools for process management at Safran.
• Participate in live M&A projects to test and validate tool integration.
• Develop and deliver training materials to the M&A team for proper tool usage.
• Provide ongoing support for current integration and separation initiatives.
• Assist the VP M&A in project governance and coordination.
• Update and track the weekly M&A project pipeline.
