• Master's degree in finance, accounting, management control, audit or equivalent.
• Minimum ten years' experience in senior finance roles.
• Significant experience in organizational transformation, mergers, integration or group structuring.
• Strong experience in ERP deployment and digitization of financial processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting tools.
• Fluent French and professional/business-level English required.
