Jobtailor is seeking a senior finance professional to lead accounting and financial operations from its western France base, with regular presence at the Nantes office. The role focuses on invoicing, AR, tax filings, and month-end reporting, driving process improvements across finance and related teams.

The candidate will own the general ledger, implement efficient workflows, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure accurate billing and robust internal controls.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting.
• Fluency in French and English; based in western France with Nantes availability.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and French/Belgian accounting rules.

Mansioni

• Manage customer invoicing processes accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and drive dunning and debt collection.
• Collaborate with sales/operations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Ensure daily accounting maintenance and reliability of records.
• Oversee supplier payments and expense management.
• Handle tax filings (VAT and other obligations).
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial analysis.
• Promote strong internal controls and data integrity.
• Able to own the general ledger and financial operations.
