The role emphasizes turning complex risk data into clear insights for the Finance Committee and Board, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across the global ERM network.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance with a specialization in Risk Management (finance leadership role).
• Fluent English required (communication with global teams).
• Strong continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change toward anticipation.
• Experience with Enterprise Risk Management and risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to synthesize data and present risk insights clearly.

• Maintain and evolve the Group ERM system as a best-in-class capability.
• Position ERM as a strategic asset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
• Ensure risk framework is robust, digitalized, and embedded in decision-making.
