Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to drive Finance Transformation across the group, emphasizing digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled processes. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Group Accounting, Consulting, Audit, or Strategic Finance Projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes within an international environment.
• Experience in transformation programs, ERP implementations, process optimization, or post-M&A integrations.
• Exposure to automation, digital finance tools, and AI applications in Finance is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to operate in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Finance Transformation roadmap across the Group, with a focus on digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled finance processes.
• Design and maintain the Finance Target Operating Model aligned with growth strategy and integration objectives.
• Lead process harmonization, simplification, and standardization across Group Accounting and Finance.
• Act as process owner for core Group Accounting processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, efficiency and control.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, operational efficiency, and decision-making through technology and data optimization.
• Support ERP modernization, consolidation and reporting environments.
