Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise – especially in highly pressured situations.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills.
• Fluent business level English and French are essential; additional European languages are desirable.
• Strong interest in a career within M&A.

Responsabilités

• Participating in the execution of mandates in Sports, Leisure & Healthcare.
• Helping to produce marketing documentation.
• Modelling and financial analysis.
• Data room monitoring and negotiation support.
• Participating in business development with production of strategic and sectoral analyses.
• Search for potential targets or buyers.
• Producing company profiles.
• Preparing pitches for identified prospects.
• Occasional help with the team’s other activities.
