Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an Intern, TAX M&A in Paris for a 6‑month start in January 2027. You will contribute to transactional tax workstreams, assisting partners and senior associates with analyses across corporate, international, and transactional tax matters.

As part of the Corporate and Transactional Tax team, you will be actively involved in ongoing matters alongside partners and senior associates. You will contribute across corporate, international, and transactional tax workstreams, producing rigorous analyses and client-ready deliverables.
